Built in Cranberry, for people moving around Pittsburgh
Stackhouse Totes started with a simple observation: everyone in the north corridor is moving, and everyone is still buying cardboard, taping it together, and hauling it to the curb a week later.
Our story
We're a small, owner-operated business headquartered in Cranberry Township. We deliver heavy-duty, attached-lid plastic totes to homes and offices across Butler County, the North Hills, and the Sewickley valley — the same corridor we live in.
Plastic totes stack tighter than boxes, don't collapse when it rains on moving day, and roll on a Tote Taxi instead of being carried one armful at a time. Because we reuse them, a rental costs about what you'd spend on cardboard, tape, and your own Saturday — and you never touch a recycling bin afterward.
How we're different
Every rental runs two full weeks, not seven days. Every package includes Tote Taxis, reusable labels, and zip ties at no extra cost. And in Zone 1 — Cranberry, Mars, Wexford, Sewickley, Gibsonia and the rest of the core — delivery and pickup are always free.
Local, not a franchise
We live in the north corridor and we run our own van. When you call, you get the person who will be at your door.
Sanitized every cycle
Every tote is wiped down and sanitized between rentals. They come to you clean, dry, and ready to pack.
Zero cardboard waste
One tote replaces hundreds of cardboard boxes over its life. No flattening, no tape, no trip to the recycling center.
