Four steps from booking to an empty garage
Renting moving totes should be easier than buying boxes. Here's exactly what happens when you book with Stackhouse Totes.
- 01
Book your package
Pick your home size and delivery date. Not sure how many totes? Use the sizer on our pricing page or call us — we size hundreds of moves a season.
- 02
We deliver to your door
Totes arrive stacked and sanitized on Tote Taxis, with reusable labels and zip ties. Delivery windows are two hours, and Zone 1 delivery is free.
- 03
Pack at your own pace
Every rental is two full weeks. Totes stack securely, roll on the Tote Taxis, and won't blow out at the bottom when the weather turns.
- 04
We pick them back up
Text or email when you're unpacked and we'll grab them, usually within a day. No breakdown, no recycling run, nothing left in your garage.
Packing tips from the van
- Heavy items — books, dishes, tools — go in the bottom totes on the stack.
- Label the end of the tote, not the lid. You'll read it from the stack, not from above.
- Leave lids latched during transport; they interlock so stacks don't shift.
- Wardrobe totes keep hanging clothes on the hanger, so closets take minutes.
- Keep one tote as your 'first night' box: chargers, meds, towels, coffee.
Ready when you are
Most customers book two to three weeks out, but we keep same-week inventory for Zone 1. Delivery and pickup are free in Cranberry, Wexford, Mars, Sewickley and the rest of the core.
