Moving tote rental questions, answered

Stackhouse Totes packages start at $119 for 15 totes (studio / dorm), $159 for 25 totes (1 bedroom), $199 for 35 totes (2 bedroom), and $249 for 50 totes (3 bedroom). Whole-home 4+ bedroom moves are quoted individually. Every package is a two-week rental and includes Tote Taxis, reusable labels, and zip ties. Delivery and pickup are free in Zone 1.

Every package is a two-week rental. Extra weeks are priced by tier — $45 studio, $55 one-bedroom, $65 two-bedroom, $75 three-bedroom. Tell us before your pickup date and we’ll extend it.

We deliver across the Pittsburgh north corridor and Butler County. Zone 1 (free delivery) covers Cranberry Township, Seven Fields, Mars, Adams Township, Zelienople, Harmony, Evans City, Wexford, Warrendale, Bradford Woods, Marshall and Pine Townships, Franklin Park, Richland, Gibsonia, McCandless, Ohio Township, Sewickley, Edgeworth, Leetsdale, Ambridge, Baden, and Economy. Zone 2 adds Ross, Hampton, Allison Park, Shaler, Fox Chapel, Moon Township, Coraopolis, Robinson, Butler City, Saxonburg, Beaver, Monaca, and Slippery Rock for a flat $29 fee.

Normal wear is expected and free. A lost or damaged tote is billed at $25 each and a Tote Taxi at $75, charged to the card on file after we let you know.

Yes. We coordinate with building management on elevator and loading dock times so your totes are waiting when you need them.
