- Missing or damaged tote: $25 each. Missing or damaged Tote Taxi: $75 each.
- Late return: $15 per day.
- Cancellation: free 48+ hours out, $50 inside 48 hours, $99 restocking after delivery.
- Failed pickup attempt (nobody home, totes not ready): $45.
- Zone 1 delivery and pickup free · Zone 2 $29 · Zone 3 quote only, $250 minimum.
- Both addresses are required at booking — pricing follows whichever falls in the higher zone.
How many totes do I need?
Two questions, and we'll size your package. Extra totes are always $3 each if you want a cushion.
